Africost covers a vast spectrum of project types including Shopping Centres, Malls, Apartments, Hotels, Residential, Office Blocks, Schools, Hospitals and Clinics. Specializing in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, Africost offers additional specialist activities including Turnkey Projects, Project Development Consulting, Financial Consultation and Construction Management. Operating on a co-ordinated basis across three offices, Africost conducts considerable professional work outside the Republic of South Africa, through associated offices in Mauritius, Kenya, Tanzania, Botswana, Mozambique, Angola, Zambia and Namibia. Projects are undertaken on a project joint venture basis with local associated practices. Having earned a reputation in the market place for excellence and commitment, Africost boasts a full complement of resources in terms of personnel and equipment as well as a set of standards and specialist skills that are shared between each operating office.
